Accessibility

Accessibility statement

Town is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility isn’t a checkbox for us, it’s part of building tools that work for every restaurant and every guest.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the benchmark referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508. We design and build with these standards in mind and review against them as the site evolves.

What we’ve built in

Perceivable

Text alternatives and ARIA labels for images, graphics and product mockups; decorative visuals hidden from screen readers; color contrast that meets AA; content that reflows and stays readable at 200% zoom.

Operable

Full keyboard navigation, a visible “skip to content” link, clear focus indicators on every interactive element, and no motion that can’t be stopped, animations respect your “reduce motion” setting.

Understandable

Plain language, consistent navigation, a logical heading structure (one H1 per page), and forms with clearly associated labels and helpful error handling.

Robust

Semantic HTML with landmark regions and ARIA where it adds meaning, so the site works with assistive technologies like screen readers and voice control.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is never “finished.” We test with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers, check color contrast and zoom, and fix issues as we find them. New pages and features are reviewed against our AA target before they ship.

Ongoing conformance

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA across the site. Product illustrations include text alternatives, decorative visuals are hidden from assistive technology, and we re-check new pages against our AA target before they ship. If you find a barrier, tell us and we’ll prioritize a fix.

Need help or found a barrier?

If any part of this site is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, we want to hear from you and we’ll help directly.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 3 business days and to resolve reported barriers as quickly as we can. This statement was last reviewed in July 2026.
