Are these really the same drivers as DoorDash and Uber Eats?

Yes. Town uses their delivery-as-a-service networks, DoorDash Drive and Uber Direct, so it’s the same drivers and fleets, just dispatched from your own ordering site instead of their marketplace.

So why is it cheaper for me?

On the marketplace you pay a 20–30% commission on the whole order. With Town the order is on your site, so there’s no marketplace commission, you only pay the delivery fee for the driver. You keep the rest and the customer.
