What is Digital Presence?

Digital Presence keeps your listings, menu, reviews and social posts in sync across Google and 60+ other platforms. For each location it has these sections: Overview, Listing, Menu, Reviews, Social and Image Datalake. Open it from Digital Presence › Console.

   Ready To Publish Locations with a primary category selected.

   Search businesses Find a location by name, city or address. Filter and Reset sit next to it.

   Business Name and address.

   Connection Setup in progress or Connected, plus brand and location link status.

   Publishing Setup Whether a primary category is selected, the sync state and the last sync status.

   Listing Status Connected or Disconnected, profile completeness and any issues.

   Actions Opens the location. Shows Pending Connection until Town finishes linking it.

Inside a location, the Overview shows how many listings are live, how many need attention, how complete your profile is, and how your publishes went, plus impressions and how people interact with you: calls, directions, messages and menu clicks.
