See reviews from Google, Facebook, Yelp and more, and reply from one inbox.

Where to find itDigital Presence › Reviews

The Review Snapshot shows your average rating, unread reviews and replies waiting for approval.

  1. Filter with Search reviews, the Reply status (All reviews, Needs reply, Replied) and the source, then click Apply.
  2. Each review has a reply box that starts with a suggested reply. Edit it so it sounds like you.
  3. Click Update Reply under that review.

Reviews you have answered show a Replied badge. Reload Inbox pulls in new reviews.

Tip

Automatic replies can be set up by rating, business or location. Ask the Town team to help you set the rules.
