Run a waitlist

   Add To Waitlist Adds a walk-in party.

   Status Where each party is, like waiting or seated.

   Actions Update or remove a party.

The list shows each party’s number, name, phone, party size, notes and when it was last updated.

Turn the waitlist on

   Waitlist Settings At the bottom of Guest Services.

   Enable WaitList Turns the waitlist on for this location.

1. Go to Company › Business and click the pencil on your location.
2. Open Guest Services and turn on Enable WaitList 2.
3. Click Update.

Guests can then join from your website too. Turn on the Waitlist alert for your team in Staff to get an email for each new party.
